Jet-Pro SS (Soft Stretch) is the world's best selling ink-jet transfer paper for digitally decorating on white and light-colored fabrics. Jet-Pro Soft Stretch is designed to be compatible with most dye, pigment, solvent and eco-solvent ink-jet printers. Transfers full-color vector and photographic images to cotton and cotton-poly blend fabric garments that have a tight weave. Simply print to the coated side of the transfer in a mirror or reverse image format. For best results, set your ink-jet printer to print to bond or paper. Prior to applying the transfer, trim unprinted areas of the transfer and ensure your fabric surface is dry and wrinkle-free. Place the transfer with the image side down and the marked backing side facing you. Using a commercial heat press, heat the transfer at 375(F) / 190(C) for 30 seconds using medium pressure. Peel the marked backing sheet immediately after pressing from corner to corner using a steady motion. Stretch the fabric sideways after peeling the backing sheet to soften the feel on the garment. Allow the decorated fabric to cure for 24 hours before washing. Jet-Pro Soft Stretch will produce a vibrant and durable image that will last numerous wash cycles. FAQ: What if ink puddles on the film side or transfer takes time to dry? Change you media setting to coated paper or reduce the printing resolution of your ink-jet printer. What if the backing sheet is sticking to the fabric? Cover with non-stick silicone or parchment sheet and reheat the transfer to help remove the backing sheet. What if my image is dull or there is ink on the backing sheet after I peel? Increase temperature in 10-degree increments until the backing sheet peels "clean". What if ink "bleeds" out of the fabric after washing? Reduce the amount of ink applied to the film side of the sheet. What if the image "cracks" on the fabric after washing? Reduce the temperature and/or pressure applied to the transfer.
